Maintenance is bad place flooded plenty of times they are quick to charge yous for damage that been washed by flooding. Plumbing sucks been living here for years and zippo been fixed from the time it flooded ruin paint walls and mold is really bad. Parking is horrible people ain like 5 cars why?? Buy a business firm! I thought 2 was a limit Nooo! I guess not! Break ins happen! They steal from cars here too . They demand to gear up the gate! And worry most the maintenance already! Not something minor !
